The chocolate workshop CROWN was founded in 1891 in Paris by a small group of professional confectioners under the leadership of Pierre Jean Cobalt. The work of these legendary chocolate masters was painstaking and hard. A century later, the company has kept secret recipes for making real French black chocolate.
Today the CROWN is a production confectionery company that supplies its products throughout Europe. The production of chocolate and chocolates is up to 20 tons per week.
